Roofing Superintendent
Duties Include:
Knowledge of different roof applications including BUR, Modified Bitumen, and Single Ply Roof Systems
Management of a 12 man crew to perform the installation of roof systems
Knowledge of equipment and safety procedures
Requirements:
10 years commercial roofing experience
5 years minimum experience as a superintendent
Compensation:
Salary + Company Vehicle
Outside Roofing Sales Person
Duties include:Selling, negotiating, and closing commercial re-roof projects.
Requirements:
5 years outside commercial sales experience
3 years commercial roofing or related fields experience
Compensation:
Base + Commission
